KNX8 Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Policy for Members

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the entity operating the knx8 platform and its members. By using the knx8 website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms. Please read the entire document carefully before completing the registration process.

Knx8 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via your registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on knx8 and participate in games or betting activities:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
• One Account: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Restricted Regions: Citizens of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use knx8.
• knx8 Staff: knx8 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in real money games.

After registration, knx8 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID or passport. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, your account may be temporarily suspended.

You are primarily responsible for the security of your knx8 account. Keep your password and login credentials private — never share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact knx8 support immediately.

• Password: Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special characters.
• Two-Factor Verification: Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• Inactive Accounts: An account may be declared inactive if there has been no activity for 12 consecutive months.
• Account Transfer: Transferring or selling your knx8 account to another person is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on knx8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your account instantly. If a delay occurs due to technical reasons, please wait 1 hour before contacting support.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 — via any payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 — KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Up to 24 hours — though it usually takes less.
• Payment Method Match: It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
• Third-Party Payments: Deposits sent from another person's mobile banking account are not accepted.
• Suspicious Transactions: If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the transaction will be frozen pending investigation.

Knx8 does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — this is outside knx8's control.

• Rollover: Bonuses become withdrawable only after the required wagering multiplier has been met.
• Validity: Once a bonus expires, any unused balance will be automatically forfeited.
• One at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to withdraw bonuses in an abnormal manner may result in account closure.
• Original Deposit Protected: Even if a bonus is forfeited, the original deposit amount is never deducted.

Knx8 has specific rules for both Sports Betting and casino games. All bets are recorded in real time — once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

• Bet Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent change in odds will not affect an already confirmed bet.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, knx8 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Suspicion of Fraud: Any bets linked to match fixing or any form of manipulation will be voided.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Each event and game has a maximum bet limit. You cannot place a bet exceeding the limit displayed on the platform.

Knx8 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The Random Number Generator (RNG) used across all our casino games is regularly audited by independent third parties.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on knx8 and will result in permanent account closure if detected:

• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to guarantee profit by placing bets on both sides of an event in coordination with another member.
• Use of fraudulent or stolen payment methods.
• Using knx8 for money laundering purposes.

If suspicious activity is detected, knx8 may suspend the account pending investigation. Should the investigation confirm wrongdoing, all winnings will be forfeited.

• Your data is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be required to be disclosed to authorities in cases of legal obligation.

Knx8 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why every member is encouraged to set their own limits. The following protective tools are available free of charge on our platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Loss Limit: If losses exceed a set limit, the account will be automatically locked.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account when you need a break for a while.
• Self-Exclusion: Use this option to stop gaming long-term or permanently.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.

Knx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• For violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or if false information is found.
• If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found.
• Upon the member's own request for self-exclusion.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the platform is strictly prohibited.

Knx8 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party software errors, or unexpected technical disruptions. However, if any bet is affected by a fault on our own platform, it will be resolved fairly.
